Anti-Discrimination and Language Assistance

Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act is the provision that protects patients from discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability in certain health programs or activities. Any health program that receives funding from the Department of Health and Human Services is required to follow these provisions. Below you will find links to our Anti-Discrimination policy in English and Spanish. We take our patients’ rights very seriously, and if you feel that you endured discrimination while visiting our facility please contact our Civil Rights Coordinator as described in the policy.
